VShojo's very consistently done a 7 day period from initial tease to debut. Haruka, Henya, Geega, Kuro, and Matara were all that long, so if VShojo's debuting someone you won't know until a week beforehand unless there's a leak. And while 3/4 of the new members last year were leaked before debut, none of those leaks happened or were discovered until after the public teases had begun.

Basically: plenty of time. I'm willing to bet there's someone new this month or next month since VShojo lost 3 people in April last year + gained Henya in the same month. Aligning contracts and debuts to that timeframe could be what they'd prefer to do.
