How do you even have your teeth rot? When I was younger and depressed twice I went over a year without brushing more than once per week, not flossing and not visiting the dentist. Both times I only sustained a few minor cavities.
Is it just guzzling soda that does it? I don't drink soda.

I brush my teeth 1-2 times a month. I eat chips, pizza, sour candy, get drunk and smoke, all every night, all consistently for the past 10+ years.
I only had one cavity and my dentist congratulated me for my hygiene last time I went.
