i was thinking. both holo and niji basically share the same history during their inception. They are both grew from some small startup into a multi-million company by the amazing carry of their talent's creativity. The biggest difference is, along the way,
Holo kept their talents creativity bloomed and support them. They supported the talents projects and added their own with the consent of the talents to wilingly participated in it.
Meanwhile niji, on the other hand, took their talents' la creatividad, made it their own for solely the corpo profits, took the credits (as seen on those reports), forced them to participated with min pay.
This is why the holo talents can keep producing la creatividad kino, cause their passions are supported and it's profitable. while the price of niji livers' la creatividad is riku's new yacht and graduation. Mellisa, Aiba, Lulu, Selen, Maizumi, are a great example of this black corpo behaviour

No, the main difference is that Nijisanji took to using the shotgun approach to grow rapidly back during their earlier years, and weren't able to successfully pivot from it when it stopped working and so began essentially failing about trying to seek growth. You can see it with every single foreign branch they create where they just go full shotgun hoping to capture the same magic that propelled them to the big leagues in japan, which they keep doing despite it never working out overseas.

Hololive took a more "every talent a star" approach which proved to be the more sustainable model

I still watch some Nijisanji and their events basically feel stale.
I kept writing over the years here about how they feel like the most outdated main corpo.

Their 3D streams are barely now catching up to 2022 Holo events.
Their tournaments are pretty much the same since 2020, not necessarily the stuff they play, but the format.
Not to mention, how their Live2D now has the literal worst rigging in the industry, among ALL official corpos.
There are still excited and creative members in the group, but it's looking harder and harder to influence the bigger group trajectory.
NijiEN used to be THE group that was bringing in many new things, but they didn't get support and instead became more and more insular.
