Ok something on my mind.

Is nijisanji not doing basic managment tasks and basic talent support a breach of the fundamental contract. Im not talking about just the actual contract but the implied contract on why people join a talent agency in the first place.

We can now speculate that there was actually no real management going on at NijisanjiEN. For years every talent was left to basically fend for themselves. It seems it was to the point that the agency was basically doing nothing so why even have an agency at that point? Was it even serving its basic functions? Seems to me they were just actually stealing from the talent and making money off their labor and product for no risk.

I am sure everyone joined up expected to get some kind of professional support network or at least some help with running a VT career. Is it not a breech of contract to not get support for years and months on end? To get no material support let alone basics like scheduled management. It seems to me Niji must be in violation of the contracts to some degree with the lack of any care and maintenance of the talents.

I mean Imagine getting your dream job of debuting etc. Only to find out once the debut is over that you can never get any permission for anything.

The hold you to an activity rules plan, but never actually offer anything in return for adhering to the rules. They just abuse or ignore you or miss out on deals and collabs cause there is no one actually checking the mail or inboxes to approve things.

We have Pomu missing a lifelong dream project due to Niji not doing its job. We have them acting shocked that a project that was in the works for a year was about to be complete and needed final approval to meet a deadline with Selen. A project that had all outside permissions secured months in advance. And we have that long list of all the canceled events of all the talents. It seems the only ones the succeeded were the ones the talents themselves paid for and set up.

I feel the real problem with ANYCOLOR is the Bosses and the people running the company. The are a billion dollar company yet refuse to even do the most basic of basic managing, how hard is it to set out minimum budgets for your livers to work with for events. Or even to hire on like 5 people to actually run a branch. They want to hire someone for 8 bucks an hour...like holy shit this is incompetent and vile. That is why they are a black company.

The gurrat is prob onto something. But that could only have happened if the Bosses of ANYCOLOR themselves were the actual problem. The source of the problem should be what is dealt with, not just the clique. As fun as it is to crap on them for the BLACK STREAM, the real people that need their feet to the fire are ANYCOLOR themselves. Yeah sink the yacht.
