Honestly the best ability I required before getting into Holo, was being able to be extremely patient for things releasing and unexpected delays. I basically brush everything off now instead of feeling disappointment. So Holo delays like Wawa's doesn't phase me on a personal level, but it just sucks from Wawa's perspective.

On residential they don't guarantee anything, you can literally have 1% of the speed with 1% availability and the most that you can ask for is a partial refund.
