They aren't going to be competitive at all anymore. If TTT's lack of growth/superchats is any indication, NijiEN will just stagnate from here on out.
Its not even going to be possible to picture them going to cons this year. If they aren't going to be blacklisted, then the open mic or one on one interview sessions will become nightmares to handle.

With literally every single rrat that gets proven true all the others become seem as actually viable by potential applicants. Between that and the fact that 3D was explicitly something Tazumi admitted on not working on as much as he should, and the "growth" of basically everyone released in the past year, the proof of management slower than the great Boston Molasses Flood, there is quite frankly no reason for any person whose done any modicum of research to apply to EN.

So of course this means EN will still be getting applicants in droves.

I think if nothing else changes from now, I will continue betting on my old prediction, which is Q4 2024 or Q1 2025, under the theory that the Livers leaving and Niji's inability to turn the branch around will finally cause them to give up, cut their losses, and fold the branch into JP.

However, things at Niji are so bad at the moment we could see things like mass resignations of all the Livers or Niji JP folding the branch tomorrow just to make the bleeding stop. We just don't know what Anycolor corporate is going to do. I don't know if even Anycolor knows what to do.
