In a general sense she was wrong to put out the video. Management by their own evidence seem to do a bad job but rules are rules. Clearly neither side were working well together. If she personally felt bullied then she is entitled to that opinion. It genuinely does not seem to be done as a malicious cancelling but an internal HR issue.
