Vshojo is a talent agency in the original sense of the word, they represent talents in business matters, otherwise they hang back and let the talents do whatever. They will never have the growth potential of companies like Holo and Niji because those are production companies, they produce the talent and content and talent work for them as employees rather than being represented as agents. It's like comparing Golberg's Agency in Hollywood to Marvel Studios. They're different things. So if Niji can't retain its position it will be another company that fills that gap in the market, while Vshojo will continue being the dominant force on the actual agency side (as opposed to the production side).
