It's impossible to correctly measure how much money they get from SCs because of 2 reasons:
1.If you use Apple/iOS Pay, they take 30% from the payment, and then YT takes another 30% from what remains, although some say it's the other way around, but for content creators it makes no difference. After that, Cover, by default, takes half of what's left. In other words, if you send 100$ and pay using Apple, the talent will get ~24.5$. If you pay using other methods, then it will be around 35$.
2.Some holomem like Pekora have negotiated 60% cut in talent's favor. I can't remember which stream it was, but it was a long time ago where Marine was praising Pekora for being able to negotiate. It's almost impossible to find who else has these "better" contracts because they usually avoid talking about them.

Knowing all this, you should now realize why talents always say that the best way to support them is to buy their merch where they have significantly better cut. This also puts into perspective how some Niji talents must be borderline starving if they fail to farm SCs/memberships because they get like 3% from merch (except for voicepacks where they get 50%).
