I absolutely hate Honest Hearts in pretty much every way. And dead money is still pretty clunky in a few ways though not as bad as on release. Gameplay-wise, LR is probably tied for the best - you have some good stuff to find and the area itself is pretty interesting to explore, though obviously it loses to OWB. Story-wise it's weird because it for some reason gives a fuckton of important background to your own character when it wasn't present at all. You're not "a courier", you're "THE courier" and I feel like it belongs to a much more main character-focused story. Still, It concludes the story going through all DLC but HH so it's weird to do it as anything but last.
