Watching Rissa streams really gives a good amount of insight, you can really tell when people don't watch them, because they don't get her. This was very good.

I will say this though, I dunno how long she has been in customer service, but she is too cute being a tall person, I get it, I subscribe to the Jackie Chan school of "I don't want no trouble" but people walk all over you like that, especially if you're outwardly tall or seemingly domineering, its gets some people off to exert power on someone they see as stronger than them. I don't blame her for thinking the way she does, but sometimes people neither can be reasoned with by empathy nor deserve courtesy. Love her for it though.
