This isn't a rrat just a thought, do you think EN will soon be slowly closed off from JP once GEN2 comes around? Im not saying strict bans or shit like that, but more them getting nudged to mostly preform with each other. It isn't totally unreasonable to think COVER may want to get the EN market really going and therefore focusing EN on solely themselves and not water it down with JP. Again not saying JP will be banned from collabing with EN but, it won't be as common a thing once GEN2 (and possibly GEN3) come around.

This isn't really possible. They are content creators which means they will always look for new dynamics. After awhile, the streamers themselves want new people to interact with. New games. New places and whatnot. Viewers wants that too. Interactions with JP just makes sense content wise and for numbers. Gura only hit 40k while streaming a game because she was in the JP server.

Do I personally believe that EN 2 (or whatever the fuck they get called) will be discouraged from interacting with JP? No. Will they be more encouraged to interact with the original EN girls internally to expand their own branch/division? Sure, I'll buy that. Cover's big new money maker is the EN branch, despite what anyone might claim. Irys just debuted a week ago, and already she's at half a mil in subs, making decent supachat money, and is maintaining a live viewer growth of over 10k a stream. Yeah I think as a business Cover is focusing on the JP girls because their returns on them are a lot higher since theres a lot more they can do with them.
You can't do a lot of things with the ENG girls because either distance, cultural differences or western audiences simply not accepting it/being interested in it.

Honestly it should be the opposite I want more collabs like the Dodgeball one, I really think it benifits everyone, I also want to see a game that can give us JP EN AND ID all at once maybe another AMOGUS.

I hope the EN gen 2 members scout are bilingual though the problem is EN really aren't that good at Japanese (deadbeats and KFP I don't fucking care you oishi while passable are still lacking). The EU alone has 24 officially recognised languages and that doesn't cover all of the languages on the continent.

Anyways I don't think a French girl would be terribly interested in pursuing a career as an English language vtuber. Same for most Germans, Spaniards, etc.
Especially in the current environment where the EU member states are mostly taking a very anti-English stance.

And for all these languages there simply isn't a big enough market to justify the effort.

Mainly because Spanish is one of those languages that has mutated so dramatically outside of Spain that its not unusual for Spanish speakers to be completely incapable of understanding each other.
