During Rust, when Pekora was killing Miko she didnt even sake Miko's name. Probably because it would be to awkward to just bail on griefing Suisei just because Miko is there. That would make it obvious shes avoiding her. So instead she just kills her without acknowledging Miko at all.

Now Pekora is avoiding Pal World entirely to avoid running into Miko. I would bet alot of money Pekora has set something up with management to have Miko stop playing on the JP server when its finally time for Pekora to play Pal World.
