You see Nijisanji attempts to save money by spreading the managers extremely thin, so there's 10-12 talents per manager. This means the talents are, for the most part, just managing themselves. The idea is that you're constantly working with your talent to talk about what they plan to stream, projects they want to work on, merch deals, etc. Your job as a manager is to also recognize what your talent should focus on so that they can grow and improve themselves at their craft.
