She's having Jaw surgery, or rather, she's having the plates removed from her jaw surgery from last year.
I had the same procedure done in my 20s because my molars didn't touch in the back, but I only had my upper jaw moved down and never removed the plates or screws. It was six months of torturous recovery and I have no idea how Kronii was able to go to Japan right after she had it done.
Typically, they have to graft bone from your hip to fill the spaces they create by moving your jaw down or forward and so you can't walk or do anything for months and are on extreme pain killers the entire time. So unless she had a different procedure done like removing bone from her jaw or shortening it instead, I have no idea how she was able to dance or move around at all during her last trip.

I never had TMJ. My back upper molars and back lower molars didn't touch and there was about a 1/4 inch gap between them when I had my jaw closed. If it wasn't fixed, then over time I'd eventually wear my front teeth down by chewing too much with them and I would've eventually needed dentures.
