Funnily enough I feel like the 100% confirmation of stealth suspension practice gave rise to a new kind of denial where it's more like "oh surely they wouldn't pull that bullshit AGAIN, right?". In the same way that big lies can sometimes be more convincing than small lies, the sheer audacity of doing this so blatantly actually makes people have doubts whether it's not just a big coincidence.
