If it isn't about Pomu, the most common cause of drama is misalignment of expectations. But that can be anything from frequent or severe miscommunication, to intentional dishonesty, to outright sabotage. The degree to which you belieb these have come from various actors within Niji is up to you, but it's very obviously more than zero.
