I have my own speculations on the matter. I will share them now, because there is something that I thought I picked up on, but I didn't want to go out on a limb on it because I don't really know what dtl is/was like. Here is my idea:
Riifu Evergreen changed her mind about lolicon during her time with eien. What leads me to believe this? Early into her streaming activities, Riifu would be somewhat lukewarm towards mentions of her genmate Kiki Lockheart and her body type. I think I even remember her making allusions along the lines of "It's not my cup of tea", but I don't have timestamps or concrete proof to show for it.
What I DO have is the members only livestream wherein she rated hentai tags on a tier list. Lolicon was still rated poorly, under the "Don't Get/Don't Understand" category.
Later she would go on to produce the notorious Riifu/Kiki Mother/Daughter Futanari "Rape" audio.
My conclusion: Riifu Evergreen had a change of heart about lolicon.
