An EU branch would have to be English, since that's the only language that is widely known throughout the EU. They already have an EN branch. They could do a GER branch, but that's a pretty niche and specific market.

You need to understand something you completely ignore whenever laws are brought into this discussion. The western streaming world and publishers/developers have a symbiotic relationship. It's been well established that publishers won't sue streamers because they see it as a free advertising campaign, or they DO pay them to play the game. No permissions have historically been required. The only company to try it has been Nintendo, and they were laughed at, people ignored them, then people stopped covering their games. It didn't work, and the status quo was returned.
If legal troubles ever do show up, Vshojo is more than capable of helping their talents, and I have full faith that they would. Nonetheless, we'll cross that bridge when it comes up.

investors =/= shareholders. Shareholders are like investors but specifically care about the company they are "investing" in making more money. They tend to have actual voting rights to make company decisions for example and can potentially sue a company for purposefully making bad financial choices. That is the entire basis of many people's arguments that they by definition are evil. (I'm not sure if I completely agree personally but there is a difference here.) Vshojo is not beholden to that yet. They have investors who are interested in seeing growth but do not have any real say when it comes to the everyday actions Vshojo takes.

It's not a big risk. It doesn't happen. If her karaoke was close enough to net one after the fact, that would stand to reason that it was close enough to net one live. It didn't. Live DMCA strikes just don't happen on twitch for music or YouTube videos.
