Sure, I've seen a lot of those "cute" black weebs before, I just feel the cuteness is forced - for them especially. Take the weeb out of that black girl and you have just another sheboon. Not necessarily so the case with any other races. A lot of non-black girls are of course cute by default without being weebs.

So having to force cuteness so often and for so long as per a vtuber on a regular basis might be too much for them.
