Realistically speaking, what’s the maximum amount of vtubers one could keep up with for 100% of their content?

My personal estimation is 6. This assumes they aren't all streaming every day and (You) are a NEET who spends all day watching content.

Depends on vtuber. To follow 100% of Ayame including her off-stream LoL is easy, while not skipping streams of endurance chuuba like Korone or Lulu is next to impossible, much less several of such streamers.

I only follow 100% my oshi, then 80% my 5 favs, then 50% of the rest around them because I like the enviroment where they move and I'm doing fine.
My bet is on like 4 or 5 (active, not ayame) vtubers for the 100% if you really want to do it.

>> No.6553597

Just 10. It helps that most of them are interwoven with each others activities. Any more than that or if they were all separate? It would be impossible.

100% of their content then only one. Assuming your a well adjusted adult. Im subbed and watch several vtubers but 100% of their content only one of them i can say that about.

>> No.6553692

It depends on your available daily budget of time that you can dedicate to them and how long the chuubas stream daily and whether or not they overlap often.

You can math it out if you want, but this isn't a "down to a science" kind of thing.

Anonchama don't doxx me like that... but yeah I'd say the only way to keep that up with a +7h/day job would be if vtubers were your only hobby, which isn't healthy nor I'd like to despite being very deep into this, for someone with more workload probably cut by half the amount I said and leave the rest for clips if you want to kep up.

varies chuuba to chuuba. but assuming you have work, school, and social obligations like family and friends? probably only 1, maybe 2, 100%. I'm probably an especially bad example since I'm KFP, so my oshi has especially long streams, but these days I essentially only watch Kiara and Holofightz, since that's all I have time for between work and school.

>> No.6556176

Probably 2-3 if they’re spread across time zones. Depends on which ones too. If you’re watching Chocosen play Apex for 20hrs, you’re not going to be able to watch anyone else.

0. This board is for rrats and schizoposting, did you think I actually fucking watch any streams?

>> No.6558950

working full time I have enough time to keep up with 2 100% quite easily. Maximum sacrificing all other free content and sleeping time reduced to a minimum I can probably do 4 of them that pump content at the rate of the 2 I do watch which is an average of 2 streams a day around 2.5 hrs/stream or so, any backlog of longer streams can be made up for one weekends.

40 hours + whatever overtime ive given that week if any. Plus the hour or so I spend getting ready and going to work adds another 8 or so hours on top of my week gone, my average week is about 50 hours~ give or take spent on "work"

This seems like a good guess to me. If we wanted to actually answer this question, I think we just need to figure out the average of unique content that a vtuber produces in a week.

>>6563991
You can keep up with 100% of content with 2 oshi with that schedule. Im honestly suprised. I have struggle to do that with one and I have a very similar schedule. Im not sacrificing sleep or anyhting though

I have a work at home job that lets me run VODs on another monitor while I work, and it is physically impossible for me to keep up with more than maybe 3 streamers' content 100%. I keep up consistently with about 10, but I get pretty choosy about what I decide to watch. A big problem is stream overlaps. 4 of the people I watch regularly consistently stream in overlapping timeslots, and I'm not deluding myself into thinking I can watch 4 streams at the same time. I was hoping IRyS would stream in the early afternoon to cover the gap after I catch up on VODs, but instead she just decided to be an EN streamer on JP hours.

Ahh my bad, didn't see the 100% on the OP.
They stream during evening time for me, so if any of them are streaming I either watch or keep them in the background usually.

I don't follow 100% of anyone I guess. Just the streams that I like or happen to find live.

0. These people make hundreds of hours of videos.

You have to clipfag just to keep up.

>> No.6574797

I'm able to 100% follow 8 easily. However, I'm unemployed and watch probably around 15-16 hours a day. If streams overlap, I'll watch the VOD the same week, if not the same day.
