When I think about it, it's really easy for a vtuber to take advantage of a corp. You get in, you build a loyal fanbase of paypigs, you subtly help them find your PL account by posting here or other websites, then you leave the company. All the money you get will go for you.
Management doesn't really do anything you or your mod friends can't do by yourselves. You can even get a fan made 3D model or buy one if you really wanna do 3D streams. There's really no real need for a corp after you get your fanbase. Unless it's Hololive that gives you all the extra shit they pay for.
Riro seems to be a good example. She probably didn't plan for it but now she is free from the corp and got some cuck fans still giving her money.
If one day I make my own vtuber corp, I guess I would have to pray for some loyal girls that wouldn't backstab me like that. Or keep hiring new ones as backup in case some leave.
