Acknowledging the existence of holostars is probably the origin, a similar reaction occurred when she streamed only the end of the rice game and ignored those who were pissed about it. Generally they're expected to apologize for these dumb outrages e.g. Miko's BL commentary, but Fubuki doesn't really give a fuck.
She is hated by CN for being friends with Coco. Fubuki and Aqua had the most presence there, after the Taiwan yab one tweeted about privately interacting with Coco during her suspension and the other stoppped interacting with Coco entirely. CN saw it as a betrayal, and more recently I believe they've cooked up some narratives about Fubuki masterminding the whole thing.
She is hated by /vt/ for not generating drama. The closest Fubuki has come to having a meltdown is telling her viewers to stop calling her a cat. There's only so much clipwatchers have to work with.
