Is it actual look of the model or how it moves bugging you? Because to me model looks fine and even great if you compare to some other indies models. Randon talked about considering a 3D model in the last stream. It should be very expensive. He might as well go all the way and get a new anime model in 3D. It would be a better investment. Maybe Paco can be commissioned to tweak the Vampire 2.0 to look different enough to not be the 2.0. Time and cost may be cut down a little. I know Paco is considered a jinx but Randon really loved Paco's work. Both those guys need and deserve a win. I love the guy as Vampire or Orc, because it is the personality that appeals to me. Regardless of my loyalty, I have to admit that the Orc is hard to look at. Heck maybe he can get Lando to draw him a new anime body. They can go through the process of getting their models commissioned and premiered close in time. We all know Randon would love doing any project along side Lando.

This is fun and all, dreaming about him having 3D model (even we put Pako stuff aside, because that's definitely something out of complete miracles) but let's be real - he's a fucking idle talker, he tends to promise stuff a lot or talk about some stuff which leads to people have high expectations which creates negative feedback loop for him having a lot of pressure, creating anxiety which again push him to start blabbering again and he starts this circle again. He for sure do it unconsciously but that's the way he is.
I would love to see him in 3D model, but I would be fucking happy if he's gonna have new outfit or something similar in next year-year and half, that's my realistic goal

This is not a great use case for AI. You just turn off mirroring when the structure is established and you're rendering details.
It doesn't matter as much with emotes because they're tiny, low-paying assets that need to be churned out quickly.

Most programs have a feature where you can draw an axis that mirrors inputs. Google "vtuber design" and you'll notice that most of the structural elements are mirrored right down the center for easier animation down the line.

If you're using the mirroring feature, 99% of the work is already done by this point, and you're actively assessing the design for composition, balance, silhouette, details, ect.
You COULD run it through some sort of AI and then try to make corrections later. Or you could just draw the picture.
