After reading both of the statements from NijiEN and Zaion/Sayu, I can say that most of Zaion/Sayu google doc is damage control, because if she was wrongfully fired she could have sued.

But she didn't even sue after posting her side of things that was more of a long rant more than anything, while NijiEN was more professional in the end.

After all of this shit that happened to her and the shit she did.

I think there were insinuations or rumors that things got a bit legal for a bit. I doubt that case really gotten anywhere though because neither party had a lot of ground to stand on. Anycolor's reasonings were more arbitrary considering the drama talents like Kyo have gotten into this year, and Zaion's termination felt more down to making too many infractions without befriending a manager that would look the other way.
Plus, both parties are an entire ocean away after all.

I'll tell you that without bias and as a former member of zaion, her document left out a lot of coincidental shit and was 100% damage control.

It was a daily meme where people would take bets on whether today's vod would stay up or be sent to the shadow realm and she'd always say like "the vod will come back I just have to edit this" and then they never would. She would claim to have permission to do something that other people either had to ask permission to do and wait for weeks to hear back for a one time stream or be denied permission to do at all.
She literally completely left out the part where she was liking comments on her YouTube account that were trash talking anycolor and even if you don't think that highly of your boss, liking comments shitting on them on your PUBLIC account isnt gonna win you any favors.
Several people talked about how she lied to them and in her document she hints at the fact that towards the end of her time in Niji she wasn't that well liked while not going into detail why that was.
Even on one of the drama YouTube accounts people started to leave comments like

There was an effort for a while, probably up to Luxiem, to keep people in 1 thread so the fanbases would mix more rather than divide up into splits, which end up cultish and intolerant of other vtubers in the same company. That started to break up when the boys and girls that were too fragile to listen to people talk about the opposite sex went to their own threads, and then to the wave splits.
