VShojofag here. Veibae's numbers fell because the second number is June specifically, and she was on break for the last 2 weeks of June. So she still had that many hours watched while only streaming half the month. Zen specifically benefitted hugely from the debut of Gecko Zen on April Fools Day which seems to have reinvigorated her channel and she's on the incline since.
