There's nothing to save its growing already, but if I wanted to push things in the right direction of the actual company which isn't even mentioned here, I would slow down holostars en, merge dev_is into the jp branch, and continue to do yearly releases of new waves of the girls. Anything more than that is oversaturation and anything less leads to burnout. I would also heavily advise all the girls to stop collating with male streamers as that reduces income for everyone. I would then also incentivize the holostars talents to engage in more yume pandering and to network outside of holostars into he indie vtuber scenes. What I would do is invest money into proper EN infrastructure/management centralized in America, while continuing to hire people who embrace idol culture so that the ENsphere doesn't change or deviate too much from the JP side. This would help a great deal with perms, travel, and other such issues.
Keep the Stars and Holos as separate as possible and discourage interactions, but don't ban them outright. Just let everyone know the pros and cons.
