Actual numbers in corporations are always more than just CCV, no matter what screenshots anons on here post. The fact that they've had several tempus debuts despite the low viewer count means they're doing something good, if not great, for the company.
One interview I remember with some small online coffee company explained it as getting overall views on the company in general helps no matter what. He went on to say that after a big social media debacle involving a tweet from the owner, they lost like 100 monthly members and gained 1200 or so just because people found out they existed from the drama. That isn't what happened. She was laughing and joking with the guy, and had been in communication with him previously because she was wanting to use him as a leg up into being a VA. It was only after he hung up on her (after one last parting shot to her fans) that she paid attention to how said fans were acting and then broke down and blamed her fans (especially in the stupid tweets like you mentioned). Tenma only stepped in and banned the guy from her chat afterward.

But when she constantly talks about and uses her back problems to take breaks from streaming labeled as "health breaks" of course her fans are going to assume the worst
Then that assumption is going to spread like wildfire and only get worse the larger a pool it spreads to
If she had come out and announced exactly what it was that was wrong with her from the beginning or even later on, people would not have brought it up so much or made such a big deal out of it
