Going by her stats it's probably because she had people there solely for drops. She gains a HUGE boost in viewership during the diablo 4 release month but despite it being gradual it's possible they were just there for drops because by the beginning of july she drops form 500 to 90 viewers. Something similar happens when she plays Naraka Bladepoint. Drop week happens, boost, then drop. Not having watched her at all and just judging by her game choices for this year, it seems like she plays whatever current game is popular so she has massive fluctuations in viewership because she hasn't build up a community despite having so many chances to do so.

tl;dr she can't hold an audience because she isn't entertaining enough
