That dip at 21 minutes is when Mumei left, the Mumei peak was 10463. So if you're right that it's bots and we assume that it wouldn't have inclined past the mumei without them then Selen would have just slipped to Fauna.
It would also mean she was still on par with her peak last year only 53 viewers lower, so no recline which is still good considering the year
