In order to have a heel exist at all and not come off as just a bully or piece of shit the heel has to be surrounded by people who know it's part of the job, and they would have to be near people who would shit talk back. An entire corpo themed around pro wrestling and emphasizing kayfabe would be able to do it, but just inserting someone to play a villain into an existing corpo would probably get them canned in a month.

Kiara doesn’t want to or try to be a heel so it isn’t really comparable. Same goes for Mori. I guess they play into it a little bit at times though, with Kiara being a tryhard to then fails while she swears at things and Mori being an obnoxious loser dork that tries to be cool. Those are more of roles they grew into though.
Kronii would be a better example I guess since her character is the huge narcissist perfectionist but then she fails miserably. Maybe not anymore, I admit I don’t watch any of them much these days.
