I think you can come up with a new one, especially if you add a little twist or gimmick to your core idea. You can ignore very small vtubers, especially those who aren't growing quickly, since you'll be able to eclipse them if you're good.
Feel free to take any of these :3
- a computer virus who acts tough but is actually a total softie, if a little clingy
- a backpacker who has so many bags and pockets and just wants to show you the cool thing she found that day
- a malfunctioning robot girl who frequently cannibalizes other robots to reconfigure her appearance
- a cloud who turns into a thunderstorm when she's upset
- a ponderous pillbug who gets super defensive about everything
- an ant or bee colony with multiple, say five, onscreen characters; the actor controls all of them (switches rapidly between which one is controlled and which ones have a default looping animation; prerecord portions; you could do a lot here)
- a milkshake or smoothie slime girl
