I think it's more of a case of her audience being pretty heavily walled off into the ID sphere that would give that impression. IDs in general end up being leeched on by homos and holos with a bad reputation, they basically use her to further enable their own behavior and cause her to be tarred by association with them. If you weren't there at the start it's hard to explain but part of it was she gave the impression that she didn't like Hololive and was just there to advance her other career. She didn't like the "idol culture" of the company and a lot of what she did was in an effort to "own da haters" although she just ended up making an ass of herself.
