Reverb need some more work, I think it's the "S" sounds that keep fucking up. But that just might be my voice.
Using the intro video was a cute idea but I don't think it paid off.
I'm torn on the idea of reading these on stream because I legitimately have no idea if people enjoy listening to the sound of my voice. Might be nice as standalone video content.

I assure you 99% of your audience will not care about your lore. it's a purely self-indulgent thing, just do what you wanna do
the only real exception to this is if your lore is so integral that it can overtake the streams outright at times. but at that point you're appealing to a niche within a niche within a niche and if most of your audience is just there to see the anime character play video games they probably won't even tune in.
feel the need to note that I'm saying "lore" and not "kayfabe" for a reason; there's a big difference between doing a huge infodump on how your character crossed the harshest desert known to man in an effort to keep fearsome powers out of the clutches of evil, and replacing "science class" with "magic school" while telling a normal, real-life story on stream.

My lore is that

I worked at a 7/11 living in my car after hitting the wall in life. All my party friends are settling down and I didn’t want to be the hag in the new party groups. After a few months of working and living in my car I connected with one of my regular customers. That customer offered me a voice acting gig and before I realized it I was stuck in a 3 year contact being a VTuber. If a vtuber does that, then the lore probably wasn't meant to be too important - and the audience is likely to treat it accordingly.
It's perfectly fine for an indie to have no "debut" and just start streaming one day out of nowhere. You can always hold a proper debut down the line. But if you want to lean into a character, you better start with at least a general idea of that character formulated - so that you can start establishing it early. Makes it far more likely that your audience would enjoy it and play along.

If you're ever feeling bad about yourself, getting down about your numbers, feeling like nobody likes you or that you aren't getting anywhere, just quit. Nobody gives a flying fuck about another 0view indie vtuber with no talent. Quit. Graduate. Stop wasting your life on constant disappointment. There's better things to do with your time. The second the thought of quitting pops up into your head, it's inevitable, so why drag your misery out even further? Expedite the process and graduate and save yourself the time and trouble of trying to make something of yourself when you already know it'll never happen.
