Hard to say, Kiara talked about it like it was kind of a joke, she alluded to people being surprised (I think was the word she used?) or maybe it was funny? About who did it. So that leaves a few options open, maybe she did it to herself and was embarrassed? Oh and as to this part, it didn't really make sense to me, like I could understand if it gave her a headache or something, but when Kiara was singing Gura was headbanging like she was in a mosh pit, so a headache doesn't really make sense, someone pointed out that maybe they just thought it would be hard to deal with syncing up karaoke with the latency between them, or maybe Kiara's setup was just jank and they couldn't work it out and used the head thing as an excuse, because it seemed like Kiara had to mute Gura to change her audio and play the music.

They would never make an excuse for this because everyone knows that it's extremely hard to sync audio up across the world. They've outright said it in the past, no need to make an excuse up now. Gura clearly wasn't in a state to sing because otherwise the solution would be to have both Kiara and her do solo songs separately, like other cons have done. We know Gura has a sensitive head at times based on what she's said in the past. The only weird part was that Kiara said someone else threw the phone but Gura wouldn't even joke about who, but I chalk that up to her being in front of a con crowd and not just chatting with her fan where she used to seem much more comfortable in the past at least...

You know what? The first part of your post is actually a fair point.
It is obvious that she's stopped trying. She' also completely avoided even so much as talking to us for months and now she only seems to come back to either do things with the other girls or to shill merch, ads, #PR, or sponsorships at us. But I'm going to disagree with you on your second point. At least in the past, Gura tried to make her fans feel appreciated, and you should know as well as anyone that this entire business relies on providing companionship for lonely men.
She called herself an idol and even joked about being chat's girlfriend before. She used to imply she lives alone multiple times in the past, that no one ever goes near her legs, and as recently as the Family Feud stream, has said that she doesn't have any friends.
She clearly used to want us to think that she was an idol, dedicated and loyal to her fans. Why she stopped is anyone's guess, but there are probably more likely explanations than others.
Also, Seeing someone's face isn't a requirement for falling in love with them and many people start relationships online before ever having a face to face conversation. People fell in love with Gura not because she's some supermodel or because she uses a loli avatar. People fell in love with Gura because she's witty, charming, talented, sweet, kind, empathetic, hilarious, and cute.

It's difficult to know for sure when Gura records mocap data for the 3D lives of individual girls.
For example, Fauna's 3D showcase was September 16, 2023, however they recorded it together sometime in the middle of July.
However, every single one of Gura's trips to Japan have been centered around the large concerts that Cover has put out this year, so it's dumb to think that she won't have to go back to record for the next one, which is the New Year's Countdown concert at the end of December.

I know you think that people are saying this to excuse her absence, but that frankly ridiculous. No amount of Japan trips, concerts, or projects would justify the level of abandonment and neglect that Gura has shown her fans over the past three months. And there are many times throughout this year that Gura just disappears without a word and doesn't bother to communicate or even pretend that she's thinking about us.
