This. For all the retardation Cover does, they're still the best (or least-worst) place to be, that shouldn't even need to be a discussion. First of all because they, or rather the massive inbuilt fanbase they come with, still provide the most income out of any alternatives, and that money at least in theory (so, Kiara's current personal liquidity issues nonwithstanding) makes it worthwhile to at least grin and bear put up with their occasional retardations. See also how some other talents, who feel like they've given up and are just coasting along, are still sticking around because they know they won't get more easy passive income anywhere else. Of course, Kiara's personality is not such that she'll simply decide to be just as lazy and coast, no because she still has goals her frustrations manifest from not reaching them, so it's more visible than others who just do passive silent resignation.
But even then, for all her frustrations about not being able to do some things, Cover is still the most sensible place where those things could likely even be done at all. Kiara wants to do idol stuff, 3D lives, events, interactions with the JPs etc, and yeah not getting enough opportunities for them right now sucks, but where else would she even get them at all? There's no other corpo remotely in the same ballpark for that, and the ones a tier below like NijiEN or VShojo offer even less opportunities for those, so what's the point. If she was / wanted to be "just" a normal streamer who just does normal streamer things (block game, apesex, react content, etc whatever), then yeah sure you can do that just as well in any other company or even as an indie, but that's not what she cares about, so getting out wouldn't be helping her frustrations (of not getting to do enough idol stuff etc) in any way.

Suisei is even having a multi-segment dance show that's not an anniversary event or a birthday live, with new outfits to boot.
