I don't know what you mean by Holo Design. Most girls are all very distinctively representative of their designers. The more unique the artist is like Pochi and Lam, the more unique the vtuber becomes. If you haven't noticed, they only hire artists that have really good standing and branding too nowadays. The change has been apparent since Gen3.

Irys is a literal welfare unit for someone who isn't part of a proper gen. I think she'll evolve from 2 stars to 3 and cap out. Maybe somewhere in the future she'll be buffed and get a 4 star evolution, but at that point EN and EN2 will all cap out at 6 stars.

This is the peril of not having an active role in designing your character. If you can't choose the artist, rigger and general thematic elements then your avatar is a glorified gacha pull. The only exception is if the models are revealed and they're all good, in which case it's a guaranteed 5 star pull.
