It's the like second to final cutscene. It's been legit like 10ish years since that game came out but you basically have a really long cutscene, then a QTE, shorter cutscene, credits, and mid credits scene.

So it's not actually one continuous cutscene. The scenes and QTE segment do all happen after you beat the final boss and "finish" the game. They were just trying to wrap up every possible story thread in that run.
