If I would be a streamer, I would research what references or good scenes are in there, look up how to get to them but not watching the full clip.
That way I know what to expect but could still react to it properly.

This, I hated it when they played "convenience store" and most of them faked terror at the jump scares, it was obvious because most of them would be in the chat at the time a follow Holo got to certain parts they can't say "I wasn't spoiled".

It's an unpopular opinion but I wish when the new FOTM game came out every girl just went on a played it at the same time to get it out of the way instead of this stagnated shit that gets really old if you watch multiple streamers.

I thought it's fake because I cringed too hard from the beginning to actually realize what's making it funny
But after seeing the clean playthrough without commentary, I can tell at least it's amusing for them. Mainly because it used "baka na" which is very out of place in normal situations, but typical in a shonen anime. And because it used "cybernetics" with a Japanese pronunciation, i.e. japanese broken english which is a legit meme amongst native Japanese speakers nowadays

It translates literally like the english was run through google translate. It's mostly coherent, but the sentence construction is unnatural and basic, and would sound stupid coming out of the mouth of anyone that wasn't a 4-year-old. The way the line is delivered is what really seals the deal. Mega Man X4-tier hilariously bad.
