Dumb spectator. I feel like you fucked up when signing up for NijisanjiEN especially after all of the yabs that should've been kept under private wraps. There's a good reason that people are toxic and shitposty about NijiEN here and listening to advice from /here/ is also another mistake. This place can warp the most simplest of objective statements that it's ridiculous but sometimes, it can be spot-on when it smells bullshit.

Here's some random advice, idiots:

1) Understand the archaic management system you are employed under. Learn this through talking to others that work there even your shitty senpai. You can clearly tell what is the norm and what is not. Learn this quickly to avoid pissing off management like how Zaion did. Don't think Nijisanji is the only guilty one, Hololive is also guilty of being so Japanese corporate. LMAO.

2) Don't piss off management because if they were willing to destroy a former employee on the way out, do NOT think they won't do the same to you if you don't be their little bitch.

3) Don't drink the black company kool-aid. The fact that NINA felt like she didn't matter without Nijisanji and succeeded outside of it with VShojo speaks volumes about their management practice and how they abuse their genuinely good talents. Seriously, they just want money from you and are terrible indicators of your value as entertainers. Jump ship once you're popular if the management are still assholes.

4) Befriend the clique and people who will protect you from management when you do fuck up. The management does not give a shit about doing a good job, they just want money for least effort possible and this includes onboarding talents. It seems like they punish people whenever they feel like and offer genuinely no good guidance besides metrics and money LOL

5) First impressions matter. You're in a saturated industry with more eyes on you. If people can't give a shit about you in the start, you won't capture much interest.

6) Keep on improving, vtubers that clearly improve after debut and manage to capture interest / attention have proven themselves to be good entertainers. You can be absolutely shitty at the start but if you get lucky, you can get a second wind. I've given a shit to chuubas who were so boring at debut but got more fun later on.

7) Be interesting, there is way too much competition out there with entertainment in general. Of course, don't be a yab machine but your move may very.

I guess finally, just have fun with it, man. I hate Kurosanji with a passion but I do respect the grind. Maybe you'll become an entertainer I enjoy in the future. Or maybe you'll be a nobody 2-3view that's stuck in the Nijisanji niche like the rest of your peers.

If you had to give advice to some potential ex 2views
>If another member leaves your group under any set of circumstances, don't say dumb shit like "I can't even wish her well", just try to be as professional as you can
>Try to find your niche in terms of games or something. The APEX/League/Valorant well has long been milked dry and you will not do well if you want to try to imitate what others have done before.
>You can either lean into GFE-tier content like intimate ASMRs or you can make it clear that you'll do one-on-one offcollabs with males. You cant have your cake and eat it too.
>Be very careful if your coworkers like Enna/Kyo try to drag you into drama. If it feels bad or sounds bad it absolutely is. Try and make good connections outside the company because NijiEN could very well be full of backstabbers.
Other than that, good luck.

Put your nose to the grindstone for a year or two and then see if you can get into Vshojo, Hololive, or even Phase Connect. Don't take anything management or your coworkers say about you seriously, just try to do a good job and have fun with your fans. Make them fall in love with you in the sense that they like you more than they like Nijisanji, and once your following has grown enough move on to bigger and better things. You're not a worthless cog in a machine. You have real potential, But it's up to you on how you use it.

Get as much of a massive fervent fanbase as possible and work as hard as you can. If you have to leave that company for whatever reason, or if you get terminated, you can bring many of them with you. on your reincarnation.

They're examples of backstabbers for certain, but one example of a person with good connections that managed to become something better is always Nina. One person still in the company that makes plenty of outside connections is Selen, and I hope she uses them to escape one day.
