Literally every single time they mention not being able to get perms for something, you can check Holodex, and see that not only does Niji have perms, but it was Selen who got them. A paid employee whose entire fucking job is to get perms for games is completely and utterly mogged by a fucking Niji member.

"Playing a bunch of Nintendo and Pokemon Games on my modded 3DS while singing Disney songs (Members only) (Unarchived, but I 'forget' to private it for like a week)" is a thing NijiEN could actually do. The only part of that which can be done by HoloEN is "Playing a Nintendo Game only'.

Nepo hires wouldn't be as much of an issue if the nepos themselves were at the very least professional and entertaining, of which Elira's clique is absolutely none of those things.
Holo's nepo hires work, at least on JP and I would consider IdolEN's Gen 2 a bit of nepohire though that one's more like poaching from a dead agency, but details. These days you're not so lucky to have actually decent nepo hires in anything.

I don't think you understood me, nepo hires want to join their old friends in the new workplace to receive similar sponsorships, benefits, etc. while only the most desperate 1views, 2views and the last few surviving fans of Nijisanji take the audition process seriously.
Nijisanji management care only for the former to cut costs. They do not bother watching, interviewing, researching the non-nepos.
Cutting costs is also the reason every NijiEn hire needs to have some self-management capability, cue Selen and Pomu coming up with all these projects and praying they get approved for once.
