The magic of vtubing was murdered for me and the magic is gone. I dont see them in the same light i once did. But it was actually a blessing in disguise.
The last vtuber I oshi'd left a bad taste in my mouth and filled me with hatred and disdain. But instead of wallowing in that shit, I used the negative energy and turned it into a positive.
I have reverted back to my normie days and have been going out almost every other night and hanging out with old rekindled friendships and overall being more social. I'm more of a positive person nowadays, and don't live in the delusion that these girls are my friends/significant other(gfe shit). Rather entertainers that I wish nothing but the best for and hope to see them continue to grow and succeed.

Personally I'm starting to grow jaded with the hobby, not that I'm on the verge of stop watching but a couple years ago I dreaded the day my oshi would inevitably graduate and now I think I would passively accept it and feel a bit of a contented release and freed from being so dedicated.
