My friend got kicked and was able to rejoin the concert. That alone seems like a massive improvement over previous shows.

Probably because the number of people in the servers right now is VERY low when compared to the original viewing. This time I could join 5 minutes before the concert started, last time I had to get in like 1 and a half hours before (then got kicked and couldn't rejoin). But I hope they actually did beef up the servers a bit.
