1. Sell all the 3D studio assets and stop producing 3Ds for every holomembers. Its too expensive while the revenue is from members SCs and ads from views, things that viewers will give anyway even without all the 3D things.

2. If not no.1, then lease all of the 3D technologies and the studio to other agencies or industries, for additional revenue.

3. Merge hololive and holostars, make them all in the same "branch", theres no such things as "branch". Heavily encourage collab between boys and girls, even make it mandatory like minimal collab quota.

4. Pay all the music/content production. Moona and Kobo said that they need to use their own money to create covers or original songs, that is ridiculous. Also pay the travel expenses. Bae said that she need to frequently go to Japan and its expensive, implying that she paid her own travel expenses. That is ridiculous too. All this operational and business expenses of all talents should be fully paid by the company.

5. Since we'll do no. 4, then we can reduce the revenue share for all talents, increase the revenue share for the company.

I am sure these initiatives will improve the quality of content, provide more enjoyment to viewers, increase the cashflow efficiency, and generate more income for the company.

Make Holostars focus more on action and story. Like during there 3d concerts, there dance choreography is dance fighting. Also emphasize the boys only aspect of Holostars. More competitiveness in Holostars, such as who can beat the faster and can you beat the game without all dying.
Hololive gets HoloYoga. Get these girls in Yoga pants, including Achan and Nodoka. It's year of the rabbit, get a serious of were they are doing cute things silently (video, streams, or shorts in doesn't matter) and people have a week to guess who's who. Girls only, no restiction on TeeTee. Encourage the girls to TeeTee with a bunch of members to avoid people who only watch when it there favorite ship.
Have the company wide principle that, although people do love are talents, there are bigger reasons for boys only and girls only. Talents are encored to think about it themselves while getting some pointers, such as male and female humor not meshing well together or that men like the girls having skinship because its something they can't do with each other.
When talents have cross gender collabs, say that they should be looking at the audience and not each other. Keep the girls only and boys only spirit alive even when doing a cross gender collab. Instead of following some ruleset about male female collabs, focus on making sure the fans feel happy.
Never say Hololive Production. Always call them Hololive and Holostars or Holostars and Hololive.
Encourage talents to treat all fans as equal. Have a talk with them if it is felt they are not doing this. Fans should all feel happy.
Encourage more cross language collabs and make it all about equal for what language they'll be speaking. Even if there bad at the language it will be cute regardless. Encourage speaking English (for JP) and Japanese (for EN/ID) for not only cross branch collabs, but same branch and solo streams. At least one Jp doing English a week and one EN/ID doing Japanese a week, but hopefully more. Coin the term Culture Gab Moe.
Summary: Girls only, Boy only, Culture Gab Moe, and all fans are equal. Along with projects, these are the greatest strength Hololive and Holostars should have.

Yagoo likely agrees with that idea on a personal level but Hololive is so heavily built on CGDCT that even he knows a full merger would damage Cover's finances. The reason they go with half measures like occasional tournaments is because they want fans to slowly get used to male collabs. Regloss was interacting with Holostars on twitter before debut which is the first Hololive gen to ever do that but even they are waiting months before they do any HoloPro collabs.
