The only actual live vtuber concert that I know of is the one Production Kawaii did at AX, where all the girls were physically at the venue and performed backstage in mocap.

For something like Hololive concerts featuring many talents who live all around the globe, it's simply a technical and logistical nightmare to make it happen live. It's not feasible.

Sololives (not youtube concerts) are always 100% live, even if the girls would normally do fully prerrecorded birthday/anniversary/other concerts.
