Depends on what the return policy is, if there is one. I'm aware that Coco and Aloe were told that they can return if they ever choose to come back, though obviously they're doing well on the paths they've chosen.
The fact that Magni and Vesper were given alumni status despite the secretive/opaque nature of their graduation suggests that they can return at some point in the future.

At least, that's my coping mechanism.

I'm of the opinion that they were offered alumni status as a way for both parties to save face, that their graduation was borderline termination and won't be allowed back even if they wanted to. I can't prove it of course, but that was the impression I got when I compared how they left to Sana's graduation. I think Magni and Vesper stood on a lot of toes with how they handled their departure and won't be well liked by management. Vesper especially.

The issue with the concept of a Vesper and Magni return is we don't know what happened. Most theories had flaws and nothing was ever made clear so the 2 of them would have to find a why to explain what happened. I still lean on legal trouble because no one seems to be able to explain anything. In many legal cases talking in public can harm a case so not saying anything could be to protect vesper and magni from whatever occurred to cause trouble. We know little but it seems to be implied no one wanted the graduation however that was context clues from what was said and may be me reading into things i don't understand. The fact that the boys talk about them freely and hakka still uses their mascots means the departure couldn't have been too bad as if they really fucked things up that wouldn't be the case i think. I personally would avoid mentioning a coworker that left suddenly under bad terms or at least seem slightly angry with them but all the boys talk about them fondly and say they are still friends. The only one who seems to hesitate is bettel but that is likely cuz of him living near magni and worried about saying shit he shouldn't because of it.

In the end I think I'd welcome them back but I'd be wary for a while before I could fully trust them again. I'd prob avoid merch for a few months unless they did a damn good explanation even if it was a in lore explanation that hints at the truth. I'm very easy going and quite forgiving so that is probably why I'm willing to welcome them back but I understand why some folk hate them and wouldn't ever want the to return too.
