That's a massive if, but in theory it's possible. /vt/ has enough unique posters to make up a very good viewer base, and if the whole board turned into a shilling board for one single vtuber it would attract enough attention to boost them even further.

We're barely a couple thousands on a good day here, and we all hate each other, so I find it pretty unlikely. The /vt/ League is the only real event involving everyone at this point, and it is NOT popular compared to how it used to be.
