I grew up with someone who never knew what miku was their whole life, and then suddenly 2019 hit, and they had loved Miku their whole entire life, and never knew a time they didn't love, and was obsessed with Miku.

Chuuba discussion in /wvt/ is dictated by dedicated fans and/or obsessed schizos, so if your chuuba of choice doesn't get mentioned it's simply because no one is keeping them in the thread's consciousness.

Not to downplay the struggles of the sloth, but it's usually the ones who don't seek help, or are health conscious of their mortal state who probably need looking after the most.

I think my attention span is about a year plus or minus a couple of months. I can be obsessed with a chuuba for about that long, catching most of their streams, cheering encouragement, gifting subs or superchatting depending on platform - but after the year is up I start to notice more of their flaws, little things they say or do live rent-free in my head.
