I actually wanted to try this. I even got out of bed to get started when inspiration hit, after jotting stuff down in notes on my phone wasn't cutting it, but in the light of day I realized that:

1: It would be pretty shallow unless I packed entire character defs into individual entries, which I CAN do (the documentation even says so), but it'd lead to bloat in multi person collabs, which would be a big part of the draw beyond a "Needy Streamer Overdose" sim (which I may still do for an individual streamer here and there).

At the very least I wanted to have the ability to pick out vtubers and set them on collabs with general guidelines (activity, singing, dancing, general games, puzzle games, specific game titles, or zatsudan- the last of which claude handled quite well fwiw), with the AI simulating results, moments that got clipped, tee-tee, yuri, lewd moments, possible scandals, and more (too lazy to look at my scribbled notes right now).

I'd also want talents to come to me randomly to discuss past or future streams or projects, events involving singing and dancing, possible off collabs, merch, etc.

I'd also want the ability to call in talents for the same. It'd be interesting to also have to manage the madhouse that we get glimpses of in those Japanese Hololive shorts.

(I jotted most of that down in a fever dream and then got up out of bed to lay the groundwork.)

A lot of that IS actually doable, but again, it'd have to be with one or two talents at a time. The lorebook would have to be restricted to occasional mentions of other talents, and it'd rely heavily on the model to know what streamers do, what can go wrong, the specifics of what tends to go viral, etc.

2: As above, it'd require the better models, effectively locking out all the people with smaller models. Obviously that isn't a hard "no", but it's definitely not in the "plus" column.

3: It'd probably be easier to just kidnap Frozenvan and chain them to a rusty pipe in my basement until they did it for me. Don't worry, I'd feed them chicken tendies and mineral water.

You've done is still a token. Additionally, a list is still often more unclear to a model than a directive / sentence. That's also why our main prompt and JB are...well exactly those too. Think about your own comprehension, if someone were to give you directions only as a list of traits you could somewhat follow that guide, but if I direct you explicitly then it's like okay got it. Consider AnonS when they did the furry hunt how fixing it required an explicit "{{char}} is a scenario rather than an individual, give every introduced character a unique appearance and name".

That's also how someone was able to no frills Aloe and some other cards into having a lower token count than their initial rendition despite having more information. Problem is again, you give unclear direction for a character more often than not. In the attempt to supplement said unclear directions by adding more traits you run into the caveats of models losing what they're supposed to portray while ultimately eating tokens anyways. These things are trained with sentences and examples, so they're parsed, I wouldn't say more effectively but easier? This is not a local only issue either, it spans to 4 and claude. It's best explained via testing rather than me explaining at length. Proper writing while conserving tokens is tough yes, because you might not be the best at that but it comes in time. Finally, it's far easier for anyone else coming in going through the definitions to understand intended behavior. It's not that people don't like plain text, they do not like lists.

With an OC a model has absolutely no prior knowledge or information to fall back on as opposed to say, a hololive character. Resdev(?) Went as far as testing a "You will take the role of Towa from Hololive" and combined system and the card. In that scenario, the model carried. Back on C.AI it's why blankdefs worked too, the model has information and some prior guidelines of what to try and go for. Doesn't exist with an OC or a niche series.
