Pikamee made the decision to graduate end of 2022. How late into the year that is remains unknown, but it was before the new year according to Pomu
Mysta was much more open and said he'd decided like 6 months before it was even announced. Before Nina's was even announced. The reason it took so long is unknown, but an easy assumption is for Niji to milk more Luxiem merch $ out of him for a bit longer.
We also know when Nina made the decision. She went on vacation at the end of May, and like a day before she was set to come back she abruptly announced she was extending her vacation another week. When the announcement came out she said it was during that time when she made the decision to graduate.
So basically: It's been about 4 months now since Nina made the decision to graduate. She likely had some very preliminary work started before she even left Niji, and the most popular /vsj+/ rrat for her return date is end of November / early December to coincide with VShojo's third anniversary.
